4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

5. Warranty, Returns, and Refunds
- Refurbished Products carry a limited warranty of One (1) Year (365 days) from purchase date covering hardware defects from normal use.
- Excludes software issues, viruses, accidental damage, tampering/unauthorized repairs, and consumables like batteries unless specified otherwise.
- Return requests within 7 days for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items only.
- Important: Transit damage must be reported within 18 hours with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- Product must be unused, with all original accessories and packaging; initiate returns via support@siddhivinayakcomputers.in.
- No cash refunds on returns; defective/incorrect items receive a Replacement of the same/comparable model or a Store Credit for future purchase.
