1. Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery and must meet one or more of the criteria below.
- Product Damaged in Transit (e.g., broken screen, dents, cracks) reported within 18 hours with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- Incorrect Product Delivered (different model/configuration than ordered).
- Product Not Working or Defective on arrival with primary functional fault not due to user error.
- Incomplete Product missing key accessories listed in the product description (e.g., charger, power cable).
- Return requested after 7 days from delivery.
- Physical damage, tampering, or misuse by the customer.
- Issues caused by user-installed software, viruses, or OS modifications (warranty primarily covers hardware).
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals included with the product.
- Missing/tampered serial number, warranty seal, or identifier that does not match records.
Note: For transit damage, report within 18 hours with photos/videos for quick assistance.
2. Steps for Returning a Product
Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return experience from request to pickup.
- Initiate Return: Contact support within 7 days via Email or WhatsApp with Order ID, reason, and mandatory clear photos plus a short video showing the issue.
- Await Approval (24–48 business hours): Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the next steps.
- Pack the Product: Use original box and packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals.
- Schedule Pickup: A reverse pickup will be arranged; obtain a receipt from the pickup agent.
3. Inspection and Resolution
After the product reaches our facility, a technical inspection is conducted, typically within 6–8 business hours.
Replacement & Store Credit: No cash refunds on returns. If defective or incorrect, a Replacement of the same or comparable model will be issued, or a Store Credit can be opted for a future purchase. Replacement ships within 24–48 business hours post inspection.
If a return is rejected due to no defect, tampering, or ineligibility, the product is shipped back and two-way shipping charges may apply.
4. Cancellation of Order
- Contact support with Order ID to cancel before dispatch.
- A full refund is processed to the original payment method.
- Refund usually reflects within 5–7 business days.
- Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped; refuse delivery if needed.
- Refund is processed after RTO, deducting forward and return shipping charges.
